Hotel questions
How does restpass benefit my hotel?
restpass lets your hotel sell controlled day access to approved facilities when you choose. This can create additional revenue from existing facilities without replacing overnight operations or guaranteeing booking volume.
How much does it cost?
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the eligible booking value and is negotiable. The signed agreement will define the commission base, gateway charges, taxes, refunds and any other deductions before the offer is published.
Who controls prices and availability?
Your hotel controls pass prices, inclusions, operating hours, guest rules, daily capacity and closed dates. Material changes that affect booked guests require review, and existing booking terms are not changed retrospectively.
How and when do I get paid?
After the approved payment flow is live, customer payment is verified before a booking is confirmed. The portal reports gross sales, refunds, agreed fees and the hotel payable amount. Your signed agreement will state the settlement schedule, approved beneficiary account and permitted deductions.
How are bookings managed?
The hotel approves the offer and capacity in advance. An eligible booking confirms automatically after verified payment while capacity is available. Staff can view expected arrivals, receive the required booking notification, and scan the guest QR code or enter the booking code at reception.
How do I become a partner?
Send the partnership form below. We will review the property and proposed pass, agree the price, inclusions, capacity, policies and commercial terms, verify the required details, set up staff access, train the team and complete a test check-in before publishing.
Does the hotel need another hotel-management system?
No. The restpass portal manages only the restpass day-pass channel in a web browser. It does not replace the hotel PMS or POS, and the initial service does not require a PMS integration or installed hotel software.
How do hotel staff sign in or reset access?
Approved staff use their individual work email and receive access for their hotel and role. There is no public hotel self-registration. Password recovery uses the approved email flow and does not grant access to a different hotel or role.
Can one hotel see another hotel's data?
No. Hotel membership and role are checked on the server, and database access is restricted to the approved hotel. Reception staff also have fewer permissions than hotel managers.
